3/11 and 11/9 can represent March 11^thand September 11^th respectively.

One could say the WTC Complex was born March 11^th, and destroyed on September 11^th.  So could the number of days between the 1993 and 2001 attacks.

On March 11, 2002, the Tribute to Light, two giant blue beams, was shown into the sky. The tribute lasted from March 11, 2002, through April 14^th, 2002. Thus, the tribute lasted for 33 days, again, a multiple of 11, and also the same number of years the WTC complex existed.

April 14^th is the date Lincoln was assassinated, and the Titanic sunk.

In the year 1898, 14 years before the Titanic sunk, a story, Futility, the Wreck of the Titanwas published. It is about the events of a story that came true to life on April 14^th, 1912, when the Titanic drowned in the Atlantic. The story The Final Jihad, written by the brother of former Governor Kiesling of Oklahoma in 1991, tells the story of a Tom McVey who not only blows up the Oklahoma Federal Building, he flies a commercial jet liner into the World Trade Center Buildings.  1991 was a decade before 2001.  Even before that, on 9/11/1990, President George H.W. Bush, gave a speech about how the New World Order would be realized.  On 9/11/2001, when his son was the President, the World Trade Center buildings were destroyed, shifting the order of the world, not only in the United States, but all across the globe.

On March 11, 2011, one of the ten largest nuclear power plants in the world began to leak after a 9.0 earthquake rocked Japan.  On November 18th, 2013, the 322nd day of the year, Japan and the International Community began the most dangerous cleanup project in the history of humanity at the Fukushima site.  In the Bible, Revelation states that the event proceeding the end of the age as we know it, will last 42 months.  42 months from 3/11/11, is 9/11/2014.  The cleanup project, which poses a threat to humanity everyday until it is finished, is slated to go through at least the end of 2014.
