33 Watch: Miranda "Rights" | Assassinated by 44, 44

You've likely heard the phrase 'Miranda Rights' before. They're rights for the person in police custody; where they must, prior to interrogation, be clearly informed they have the right to remain silent and that anything the person says will be used against that person in court; the person must be clearly informed that he/she has the right to consult with an attorney and to have that attorney present during questioning, and that, if he/she is indigent, an attorney will be provided at no cost to represent him/her.

The concept of "Miranda rights" was enshrined in U.S. law following the 1966 Miranda vs Arizona Supreme Court decision, which found that the Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights of Ernesto Arturo Miranda had been violated during his arrest and trial for armed robbery, kidnapping, and rape of a mentally handicapped young woman. (Miranda was subsequently retried and convicted.)

On June 1, 2010, the Supreme Court ruled on Berghuis vs Thompkins case.  In this decision, the United States Supreme Court declared that criminal defendants who have been read the Miranda rights (and who have indicated they understand them and have not already waived them), must explicitly state during or before an interrogation begins that they wish to be silent and not speak to police for that protection against self-incrimination to apply. If they speak to police about the incident before invoking the Miranda right to remain silent, or afterwards at any point during the interrogation or detention, the words they speak may be used against them if they have not stated they do not want to speak to police. Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote the opinion and was joined by Justices Scalia, Alito, and Thomas and by Chief Justice Roberts. Justices Sotomayor, Stevens, Ginsburg, and Breyer dissented.

If you read this blog, you are well aware of the theory that has been put forth about the number 44 by myself.  From my research, it is a number that has much to do with assassination, and in this case, the Berghuis vs Thompkins decision assassinated Miranda Rights, at least as we knew them.

Interestingly enough, in Bangladesh, the equivalent of the Miranda Rights, is known as Article 33 of the Constitution of Bangladesh.  Courtesy of Wikipedia, Article 33 of the Constitution of Bangladesh compels arresting authorities to inform the accused of the accusations brought against him before he is detained,[111] and that the detained must be presented to the nearest court within 24 hours.[111] Exceptions to this rule include preventive detention and the arrest of an enemy alien.[111] Right to counsel is an inalienable right, but the arresting officer need not explicitly state it to the detained.

It is important to keep in mind that Miranda Rights are for incidents involving the Police, another word that is a coded 33.

There is also a connection between the state of Arizona, and the birth of Ernesto Miranda, quite likely, a fictional character.

The date of the arrest has the "God Gematria" of "26", and the date of the Supreme Court decision has the "America/UK" Gematria of "32", which also matches the date of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
