In 2007, Portland, OR experienced two of the nation's most strategic and vast anti-terrorism drills. They were Noble Resolve, performed August 20-21, 2007 and TOPOFF 4, performed October 15-19, 2007. Let us examine the numerology and Gematria of these events to see how they connect to 9/11. In the details are information that exposes the deeper connections to real life terrorism, such as the events of September 11, 2001.

Isn't it interesting that within both words, for both drills, the number 33 is encoded? Making it more interesting, is the fact that TOPOFF 4 was performed in Portland, OR, and Phoenix, AZ. Portland is located in the 33rd State, and Phoenix is located on the 33rd parallel. Other than the 33s being coded into both words with Gematria, the end dates for both drills both equated to 9/11 in numerology.
With regards to 9/11 as we know it, the number 33 was very much at the heart of it. While it is not known to many, the number 9-1-1 was established as the emergency national dialing code in 1968. Strangely enough, this is also the same year the construction on the World Trade Center Towers began. 1968 + 33 years = 2001. Adding another layer to the mystery, it is the same year Stanley Kubrick's Space Odyssey 2001 was released. If you're not aware, 33 is a number that is very important to the Freemasons, a secretive organization that is older than our nation, and one our First President, George Washington, was proudly a member of.
As someone who is researching these numbers, and their recurring occurrences in major tragedies, I find these discoveries to be alarming, especially since Portland is my birth city, and where my immediate family lives. I pray there isn't a sinister plot in motion. With that said, what gives me pause is that at the heart of the TOPOFF 4 drill, was a dirty bomb detonating inside the city of Portland.
