From the dates of October 15-19, 2007, Portland, Oregon, Phoenix, AZ, and Guam experienced the biggest terrorism simulation drills in the history of mankind, TOPOFF 4. What those locations might have been chosen for, are the following details; Portland is located in the 33rd State, Oregon. Phoenix, AZ is located directly on the 33rd parallel North. Guam is located on the 13th parallel West, 144th parallel North- both interesting coordinates, but not as interesting as 33, given our nation's history.

In earlier blog posts, I discussed how the powers that be like to do things in seven year intervals as a possible theory here and here. It would be tragic to think this was a rehearsal for the real event in seven years to follow. Portland, since this drill was last performed, has become a darling of the nation, in large part thanks to Portlandia, the hit show that debuted on January 21, 2011. In 2013, Oregon was the most moved to State when people moved from another state. As someone who was born and raised in Portland, I am quite familiar with the city. Because of how it was built, there is no room to expand the freeways (or much else for that matter). If the powers that be needed any reason to demolish a city, this would be a major one. Further, as climate's change, it appears Portland will become a more and more desirable place to live, due to its beautiful views, temperate climates, and room for expansion. Portland is a gem in a lot of ways, especially to money driven madmen who have no respect for life.

With that in mind, it seems strange our Federal Government would want to practice such a massive terrorism drill in such a small city, with a small population spread over a large area. This isn't true of Phoenix, but it is of Portland. Perhaps that is also why the two cities were chosen, because how drastically different they are from one another. Still, those 33s cannot be denied, especially with our nation's history. The drill, TOPOFF 4, was a simulation of a massive disaster, from nuclear to environmental, and the response that would be necessary. If you watch the press conference below, you'll see a "dirty bomb" going off in the city of Portland was at the heart of the drill, which they wanted to be "very realistic". On December 4, 2013, a truck carrying a dirty bomb was found in Mexico and made news headlines.
TOPOFF 4 involved all aspects of the Federal Government, State Government and Local Government, from military to first responders. On August 20 and 21, 2007, Oregon and Salem (located on the 44th parallel) participated in a computerized simulation drill by the Federal Government, called Noble Resolve. It too tested the possible response scenario to such an attack/disaster in Oregon. What is unique about this, is other states and cities haven't been in involved as these large of scale, and specific of attacks.

This year, the seven year anniversary of TOPOFF 4, will follow a lunar eclipse by eleven days, that coincides with Jewish prophecy and notable years of the Jewish faith when this astronomical alignment happened last.

In the years 2014 and 2015, it will be the eighth time this occurrence has happened since the year 1 AD. The last three times in history are as listed above.
To put things in perspective, Chernobyl occurred on April 26, 1986, two days after the lunar eclipse of April 24, 1986, which landed on the same day as the first day of Passover. At the time, it would have been hard to imagining a nuclear reactor meltdown being simulated live, but that is what happened it seems. Consider the fact it was Reactor 4 at Chernobyl, and Reactor 4 at Fukushima, which would falter later in history, on the curious date of March 11, 2011. Also, let us compare Revelation 6:12, which involves a lunar eclipse and sets off the events that are described in the final Book of the Bible.

Now let us examine the numerology of April 26, 1986.
- April 26 = 4+2+6 = 12
- 1986 = 24 = 2+4 = 6
- Revelation 6:12?
- April 26, 1986 = 4+2+6+1+9+8+6 = 36 = 3+6 = 9 (The fall of man)
Further, in Revelation, it states that the catastrophic event will last 42 months. 42 months from when the Fukushima disaster began, March 11, 2011, will be September 11, 2014. You might say that would be too obvious, but that is what I'm already saying about the initial event beginning on March 11, 2011.

What are the odds, both incidents involve Reactor 4, and both dates have a numerology of 9? With regards to the number four, there were four planes involved in 9/11, 4 trains in Madrid, 3 subs and 1 bus in London, totaling four vehicles, and bring the world's biggest terror plots against Western Powers to have the title of Planes, Trains and Automobiles, all on very specific dates and using very specific numbers, from 3/11, to 7/7, to 7/11, to 9/11.
So with that said, I don't know whether Portland, Phoenix or Guam are safe or not. Perhaps they are the best protected and safest against such a threat, but it is hard to say. On the day of the 7/7 London Bombings, a drill was supposed to be occurring that literally became live. That story is here. What I do know, is that so long as these people are in power, anywhere could be next. However, some places have more clues surrounding them than others, and in this information, perhaps we can find truth and a way to save the future for the better.
Things I don't like about TOPOFF 4 Drill:
- I don't like the number 4 in regards to terrorism as stated before
- 9/11 = 4 planes, Madrid = 4 trains, London 7/7 = 3 trains + 1 bus
- Chernobyl and Fukushima are Reactor 4 problems

- The total event called for 4,500 volunteers. 4+5+0+0 = 9
